Self-adhesives tapes
, being destined for different purposes, are created with their final application in
mind. For this reason Serafini, for years a leader in the field of
accessoris for shoes and leather goods, once again introduces onto the market new
high-tech and specific articles . Increasing use in the footwear industry but above all in
that of leather goods of such materials , including those with special waterproof
finishes, has created the need for double-adhesive tapes that have excellent grip also on
oiled leather and are highly resistant to plasticizers. Hulk and Devil , two
double-adhesive tapes with high sticking power, that can reduce and simplify times and
processes in production, are currently among the Serafini products most in demand.Devil is
a double-adhesive of solvent based modified acrylic with a backing in transparent
polyurethane protected by a red silicone liner in ppl. |
| The ppl backing makes it
fully resistant to tearing and stretching, while laboratory tests have proved it can
resist even high temperatures (200°C). Hulk is a similar double-adhesive of modified
solvent-based acrylic , with a backing of non-woven fabric and protected by a green ppl
liner that, thanks to its malleability, means the tape can be cut even by hand. High
elasticity and resistance to tearing of the ppl protection, together with backing in
non-woven fabric, makes the double- adhesive tape very versatile and it adapts perfectly
also to curves. Despite the high quality of these articles, their prices are extremely
competitive compared to products with similar characteristis. |
